"Last minute booking at this wonderful guest house. Host was very accommodating and welcoming on arrival. Double room was a very good size with all the amenities you could need. View from our room was of the farm, which was lovely as we could see playful lambs from our window! Breakfast in the morning was a traditional northern English breakfast which was fantastic. There was also a selection of cereals, fruit and toast. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend "
