"Pros - helpful and friendly check in, great tea tray, big tv and massive choice of channels, comfy big bed, fan already in the room.
Cons - limited parking (4 spots) on first come first served basis, located in student area so lots of activity but depending on your age that might be a Pro (lol)"

"Check in was quick and easy. Staff were helpful and polite, even moved me from a room in the inn to an annexe room so I could be away from noise from bar. Also had a very good breakfast which is extra but excellent value for money. Definitely recommend it hotel and breakfast."
