"Great central Bath location and one of the best hotel spas I've visited in the UK. Not many are fed by hot spring water! If you're not planning on using the spa it's probably not worth the price, but I would certainly come here again for a special occasion."

"Really fantastic hotel in the centre of Bristol within easy walk of everywhere. Staff were super helpful and friendly on check in and check out. Breakfast was plentiful although the freshly cooked poached eggs took a long time to arrive both morning. All in all a very high standard stay "
