"Great location and nice hotel but not a 5 star. The concierge and doorman were the best staff members, very helpful and nice but others we interacted with were not great, especially in the bar and restaurant. The spa and thermal waters were nice but very crowded. "

"Handy parking underneath the hotel. Friendly greeting on arrival. All areas of the hotel were clean and welcoming. The deluxe room was spacious and comfortable. Used the bar which was very smart. From what I saw and experienced, this is a very nice hotel which we would definitely choose again."

"Lovely man on reception let us check in early and gave us an upgrade but the room was very cold, could'nt have a shower, no heating in the bathroom and heating it seems on timer so didnt come on until 6pm.... one thing i do not like is a cold room... Staff very nice and helpful, be careful of deal on in restaurant as breakfast and evening meal for 30.00 each includes drink but limited choice and charged me 4.00 for extra lemonade... very expensive. Will not be going back im afraid, parking £19.00 for 24 hours so not bad for centre of Bristol."

"Daniel booked me in efficiently and in a friendly manner. Room was clean. Bathroom floor was collapsing in front of the sink (room 9).TV, Kettle all worked fine thanks. I was very disappointed with the £5 parking charge which was unexpected."

"The hotel is well placed for the station and shopping, breakfast was very nice. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly and the room i had was perfect for the weekend. I would certainly stay again. The room was also reasonably priced compared to others ive stayed in. A good choice 👌 "

"The room needs updating. We were put in the gloomy below road basement ( maybe because we had a lower price through expedia?) The receptionist on arrival was not welcoming & curt. Breakfast was good as was the waiting service there. "
