I booked before reading the reviews and in my 2-night experience it was no way as bad as the reviews would make you believe. I was dreading my stay but its a great location, good value for money, not too noisy, rooms were clean and modern and staff were friendly. My only grumble is that both lifts were out of action.

We have just left the hotel. From very friendly staff at reception, bar and spar nothing was a problem. The spar is a hidden gem. And we booked through Hotels.com and got the 5 days for half price! Bonus! We used it every day. Only eaten once in restaurant and Happy hour at the Bar, well happy 3 hours! 4-7. Would definitely visit again.
