"Toilet flush was temperamental and (tiny) sink was very slow to drain. Washcloth was stained. Despite having no window, room could not be darkened because of glaring thermostat and other points of light from various electronics. Beds were comfortable and clean, check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Chose the hotel for the convenience of staying in the terminal between flights, but thought it was overpriced even so. "

"Located near Heathrow and next to Thames River which is a wonderful walk in the evening. We saw beautiful homes, swans and other wildlife. Find the McDonald’s and you have the Main Street for shopping and restaurants. It’s a five minute walk. Uber drivers have no problem finding the hotel. We used them going from and to Heathrow. Comfortable bed. A little moldy in the bathroom but could be because there is no ventilation in that room. "

"Breakfast staff refuse to provide you a takeaway box to eat breakfast either in your room or whilst commuting. However, the sports bar and same restaurant provide them to you for dinner. It’s £15 for breakfast and as it used by travellers and working individuals that stay there, there’s an expectation that as its been paid for, it should be able to be enjoy as and when and how you choose"
