"The hotel is upscale, modern, beautiful and clean. Wonderful staff. The restaurant, Starbucks and bar have great food with very sensible prices and selections. There aren’t stores or many other places nearby within easy walking distance. Shuttles from the airport run daily with a small fee. The room has a refrigerator, safe and a kettle. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom has a beautiful large soaking tub with shower combination. The only concern we had is the tub is raised a bit from the floor, so getting in/out is difficult with bad knees. We would definitely stay there again."

"An excellent & cozy stay! Checked in really late on a Friday night to drive home early in the morning after an overnight trip to London. Parking is all underground which is nice, and there were plenty of spaces available. Room was spotless & well maintained, aircon was a great touch. Have seen others in reviews say theirs didn't work, personally, ours did in room 202. We didn't hear any noise from other rooms but when you are locking the door behind you and leaving the rooms there is a beep noise on the door which some may find noisy in the night, this wasn't really an issue for us other than the fact we were trying to be as quiet as possible since we arrived around midnight & didn't want to disturb others. Beds were super comfy. Cannot comment on the shower facilities as we weren't there long enough to use them, they did look clean & plenty fresh towels were provided. We also did not get breakfast. They only had earl grey teabags available in the rooms so if you don't like that, bring your own from home, there were also some coffee sachets. We had a small mishap where they charged us the fee for our room again when we went to pay the £15 charge for parking when I had already prepaid for our room online, however this was quickly resolved in the morning by the lovely staff member behind the desk, no problems at all. Both staff members on the desk morning and night were super friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay again & recommend to anyone staying in the area!"
