"Staff were very helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was cooked to order and quite delicious with cereals, juice, tea and coffee available to help yourself. Disappointments were car park surface was very potholed (no tarmac) and no food available on arrival but it was a Bank Holiday Sunday and had to pay again for the room as the hotel had not received my payment from Hotel.com. I would normally expect the hotel to sort that out directly but I got a quick refund from Hotel.com and compensated for the hassle. I would stay again whenever I am in that area."
