"Wonderful hotel! We enjoyed the breakfast and we also enjoyed evening meals in the pub/bar (great pizza) and in the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and professional and they definitely enhanced our experience. Thank you! We had a bottom floor accommodation, so we did not get the balcony I was hoping for, but the chilly weather kept us inside anyway. There is a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a cocktail. The views are beautiful from there, but again, the chilly wind prevented us from enjoying it for long. We completely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this accommodation!"

"The hotel is very nice, room clean with a lovely view of the lake. Food and drinks in the bar were very good with a nice atmosphere The spa was very disappointing though as the pool was far too cold and most of the spa type features (jets etc) were not working. Also we mistakenly left an item in the room which the hotel staff told us was not handed in which is again very disappointing when staying at an upmarket hotel."

"The apartment was very clean, modern and spacious, perfect for the three of us. We appreciated the supplied coffee pods and the apartment was well stocked with linens, towels, cleaning and bathroom supplies, clothes hangers etc. Having parking was a very nice feature (since the location isn’t that walkable to downtown Oxford, so having a car was necessary for us). The apartment is on the top (3rd) floor without a lift, so carrying up our luggage was good exercise! The location is a quiet residential neighborhood so we appreciated the peacefulness at night. Overall we thought the apartment was great value and very much suited our needs."

"A very unique and lovely place to stay! Room was very clean and well appointed. We were able to easily walk to shops, pubs, and the University sites. Highly recommend!"

"Lovely stay, perfect location! The motel and diner were both great and felt like a special night away on our way to an event without breaking the bank. The Dyson and GHDs in the room were a snazzy edition. Only downside was no kettle in the room which meant having to dash outside the room in your pyjamas for your morning cuppa."

"Great hotel. Really clean, excellent staff and a wonderful room (classed as a superior room). Be aware there is no onsite parking but the team will point to local overnight parking, if a place on the street isn’t available. Despite this, definitely a visit again."
