"Well managed clean hotel, really close to W12 car park and Westfield centre."

"We were pleasantly surprised by the property. It was basic, but clean and in a brilliant location. The check in was smooth and the room had all the amenities we needed for the night. The only negative was the extremely high damage deposit of £100 that we did not know of when we made the initial booking, we only noticed when we received the Expedia confirmation. They took £100 from my credit card and it took quite a few days to get this money back. I thought this amount was far to high taking in account that the room was only around £35 per night. "

"Staff were super friendly, rooms and facilities were new and perfectly clean, location reasonably accessible with nearby underground, overground station and bus stops. Highly recommended for those willing to pay some amount. It's worth it."

"I'm gonna say the hotel and staff are really ok, no problems at all. Parking is an issue if you are driving there and when I asked where I could park I was directed to an area that has a "90mins Max" restriction. If we'd gone on the train/underground it would not of been a problem. Reception doubles as a bar, so don't expect a bar area but soft drinks are reasonably priced for London (didn't order any alcohol so don't know). Overall friendly staff, rooms are a little tight but clean and of a decent standard. Outside tacky multi coloured doors do not reflect the higher standard of decor inside the rooms. Floors are a bit wonky as they should be in an old English building and add character. I would stay there again but not if I was driving."
