I had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff were fabulous and went the extra mile for guests. You can tell that it is under great management and they care about customer service. We loved the free happy hour of bubbles and wine - this was a lovely touch for guests. The hotel felt luxurious on all levels and surprisingly we did not hear any street noise or disturbance. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back.

The epitome of the perfect hotel. Nothing we have stay with comes close to the perfection of this hotel.

Location was excellent and free car/taxi service from hotel if car and driver were around. Cost was high.

From the minute we stepped through the main entrance to the moment we reluctantly checked out our experience was one of sheer joy. The staff were so welcoming and professional . The hotel superbly appointed. The service impeccable. Firmdale know their business and give the client a memorable and thoroughly supreme experience.

The Connaught was a lovely experience, of a true London traditional hotel. Couldn't fault our stay. Facilities great incl pool spa area. Location perfect for new bond st /mayfair area

Can't get a better location, near to Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Sq, Buckingham Palace...the hotel itself is immaculate, the double room was of a reasonable size, the bed so comfortable and bathroom well appointed. Shower was excellent, complimentary drinks on arrival and cookies and cranberry juice / water in the room. Downsides..not many, view was terrible and there was a slightly unusual smell in the room which you only really noticed first entering.

Charming and original new property. With character. Just starting up so some staff need to have better training / skill. Knowledge of menus.

Friendly & warm welcome - first class service - very clean throughout, comfortable beds and quiet for such a central Mayfair position.

Beautiful hotel ...1 of the best breakfasts

This hotel is beautiful. The staff are really great and where do kind to us. Only feedback is that the pool is not really a pool. The spa is stunning but small so feels very busy. Would 100% stay again.

As expected, excellent service and top class surroundings. Given an upgrade to the perfect room and everything was just perfect.

We stayed for the theatre. It was really great for location with everything within walking distance. Room was lovely and clean and shower hot. Good bar downstairs with comfortable seating to relax

Excellent hotel. Lovely welcoming staff. Great location, only about 3 minutes walk from Holborn tube. Free welcome drink was nice and lovely touch with some macarons in the room with a note to say happy birthday. Espresso machine was great and great tea options provided (kettle in the room). Shower was excellent, bed was so comfy, nice toiletries, hairdryer provided and iron and ironing board. Also appreciated the other free soft drinks in the fridge, not to mention fresh milk.
