The room was spotless, beautifully presented, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, and it was clear that great care is taken in maintaining high standards throughout the hotel. "Check-in was a bit of a hassle, as there was some kind of issue going on. I waited quite a while. However, the staff was extremely understanding and helpful, and they did their best to get it resolved as soon as possible. In the end I was comfortably checked into my room and the rest of the stay was without any issues at all"
