"The most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. The decor of the hotel is absolutely stunning. The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived to the second we left. They were amazing with the children also. We really didn't want our weekend to end. Thank you for a wonderful stay."
"We had a wonderful stay at the Como. The hotel is beautiful and our room was amazing, spacious and so comfortable. We were treated incredibly well and all of the little extra touches from the staff such as a drink on arrival and the turn down room service made our stay extra special. We have already ..."

"Return visit which says something. Very clean, comfortable room - only slight issue was that room not serviced in evening while we were out for dinner. Breakfast was excellent but shame that breakfast room is used by some as an office for a 1 hour zoom call! This is a wonderful hotel, very convenient ..."

"I have stayed in this property many times over the years. It has been unchanged with no upgrades since my first stay in 2016. However, other than old TVs, it is still generally up to date, modern, nice and very conveniently located in the heart of Mayfair by Hyde Park. This was an Expedia VIP booking ..."
"Amazing hotel located minutes from Buckingham Palace. Staff and service were impeccable. We arrived at London Gatwick Airport and easily hopped on a train to Victoria Station, which is only a 15 minute walk to this property. Accommodations were charming and cozy but appropriate for just the two of us— room was cleaned daily at our request. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance, a grocery store just down the street, and across the street a DAM Covid testing site which is still a requirement to re-enter the USA- we received our results in the promised 2-hour window. Don’t miss the changing of the guard, currently MWF at 11am, get there early for a good view. We were also able to walk to Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abbey and Big Ben from here. There is a coach station across from Victoria Train station and you can find a platitude of tours originating from there too. The hotel has an afternoon tea that’s quite the experience as well as a full service restaurants which we had breakfast and dinner at. The Grill restaurant was superb, they even flambéd some dishes in front of your table. The hotel includes a 15 pound service charge per day which we thought was appropriate for the service we received. Service charges are also included in meals but there is also opportunity to tip further if you thought your experience exceptional. Highly recommend this charming hotel for its location and extremely professional and cheery staff!!"
