Great hotel in a fantastic location.

I wasn't sure what to expect but this Holiday Inn is one of the best run hotels i have stayed in. I mean everything just gels here. The staff are quite honestly astoundingly good. From walking in the door they were warm and friendly and just so welcoming. The room was spotless, including tea/coffee making things. And the breakfast is wonderful. 10/10 to all of you we will be back for sure.

The quality of the place exceeded my expectations - boutique aparthotel, arranged with great taste, immaculately clean. Everything was werking well - air con can be adjusted to any temperature you want, there are kitchen appliancec in the room: WM, DW, fridge, and even the tumble dryer, plus iron and ironing board. There is a gym at the lower grand floor - small, but all machines are new, and working well. Book with confidence-you wont be dissapointed!

Wonderful stylish hotel just opened so very clean and fresh. My room was an apartment with kitchenette (I don't think there is a dining room), high quality spacious bathroom and very high speed WiFi. Staff pleasant, location central and good bar/cafe area. I wanted to stay longer and will definitely stay next time.

The Murrayfield Hotel is the gem of Edinburgh. I had the pleasure of staying 4 nights. It’s a quick bus ride to Edinburgh Castle. In a great old neighbourhood of Edinburgh with excellent local shops, a few restaurants and cafes nearby. The room. My room had very high ceilings with the original plaster work. The hotel is a collection of beautiful heritage stone mansions. The room had been recently renovated with very nice furniture, TV and a comfortable big bed. The bathroom again recently...

Even before arrival Hilary couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. We were able to check in a little early without any difficulties. The building was beautiful and the lovely open fire with complementary wine in the lounge was so relaxing. We stayed in the regent room which was really cosy with a huge comfortable bed. It was absolutely lovely! Very close to Edinburgh Waverley and some lovely restaurants. Calton Hill is right next door as well. The front desk staff was very helpful, and the room was plush and clean. We wish we could stay longer!

I had a great stay between the 25th of October to the 28th. The staff were all lovely and welcoming. I had a quiet room on level 4 which was great and the room had everything I needed.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights everything was just perfect from the staff to the breakfast would definitely recommend this hotel

We stayed in the lodge. Everything was very nice. Room was nice and tidy. Really appreciated the lovely sherry after a 4 hour drive. Bed was comfortable. The cooked to order breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Hotel location is very convenient to getting into town centre. You can catch a but right outside the hotel and buses run regularly until very late. Wold definitely recommend and would stay here again.
