This hotel is very good. It is tucked in the outskirts of Ware. The bedroom (in the attached block) was fairly small (was used as a training centre, so no need for large accommodation) but very comfortable, in fact the best nights sleep in a hotel for some time. I don’t have an evening meal here, but the breakfast was very nice, and included in the cost. Overall, highly recommend- I will stay here by choice when I next visit the area.

Excellent hotel in a great location.

This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

Very clean and new studio apartment, bed super comfortable and good shower, toaster, hob, oven (with integrated microwave) and cutlery etc. Complimentary tea & coffee in the lounge area and room. Small honesty market for things like pasta, sauce, porridge, ice cream, essential toiletries etc. Quick links to Stratford/Westfield, O2 and Excel

We were so pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was. The atmosphere is great, the rooms are lovely, and the staff were super nice, particularly Qasim on the check-in desk who instantly gave a great impression of the hotel and its staff. The location also worked great for us, close to all locations of interest and associated public transport. Quiet hotel, welcoming staff and service . Good location

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and opulent. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Glass of champagne on arrival which was delicious and special pastries and fruit to celebrate our anniversary. The only downside was the discretionary service charge which seemed rather steep on checking out.

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

Excellent hotel. Lovely welcoming staff. Great location, only about 3 minutes walk from Holborn tube. Free welcome drink was nice and lovely touch with some macarons in the room with a note to say happy birthday. Espresso machine was great and great tea options provided (kettle in the room).
