"Just needed a quiet place to rest for a night after a busy day at a sports event in Tottenham. Bay Tree House was the perfect haven, with lovely views over Arnos Park. The hosts were welcoming and warm, and the breakfast was more than expected - freshly cooked and plenty of items to choose from. We drove, but the house is near a tube station for convenient access into London locations. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is a superb setting for Luton airport customers. You are literally in the last bed before the runway. This means it isn't quiet when the planes fly over, but it is superbly comfortable and the hosts go the extra mile with small but winning touches including the ready when you are breakfast for those travelling at odd times. Great stay, but bring your ear plus if you want to pretend you are not staying near the airport."

I arrived first and got chatting to the young man who was checking us in, he was so lovely and helpful and gave me lots of information about the hotel, the village, the two pubs that served food and the area. I was given a double bed room but actually it was two single beds and there was a big crack in the middle of the two single mattresses, I couldn't sleep whole night due to this, whole next day my back was hurting. Don't forget to lift the mattresses and you will be surprised to find that the bed base frame is actually broken and there were couple of wooden planks been put there to support...

"This is a house on a residential street offering rooms for rent. I arrived at the property and called the number on the front door. The respondent was not very customer friendly and had me waiting around for 3 hours. I was finally given a key but no code to lock the room until I called again the next day. The property itself is pretty run down, has very thin walls, has a lingering smell of food in the air and has no daily cleaning service. I would only recommend if you desperately need a room...
