"Such friendly welcoming staff-could not fault. Unfortunately the double room was quite dirty and not in the best state of repair. The twin room was very noisy as situated directly near the fans for the pub cellar. There were no clean pots for breakfast on our second day, breakfast was to be had in room (cereal, breakfast bars etc). It served our purpose but a few improvements needed. "
