"We recently stayed at this hotel. Most of the services were excellent and the staff were very good, so we appreciate that very much. However, there were a few issues during our stay. The internet Wifi connection was extremely slow. Even YouTube could not load, so it was very difficult to watch TV or use online services. Also, in one of the bathrooms, the glass shower partition was too small. Whenever we turned on the shower, water splashed all over the bathroom floor outside . After every shower, we had to wipe and clean the water ourselves. The glass partition is not sufficient and should be improved. Other than these issues, the rest of the hotel service was very good."

"Our rooms were nice and very clean. They have a hot and cold water station, a washer and a dryer, and an ice machine. Highly recommended."

"Our overall stay was good and the staff was friendly but found it pretty sketchy that when we were gone and the do not disturb sign was on the door that someone from the property decided to let themselves in our room and take our air freshener. I asked why at the front desk but could never get an answer. The breakfast was good and the lady that works the breakfast was nice and helpful."

The kid's room was great for our little one - lots of toys, books, and crayons to keep them occupied. There's a Safeway right down the street and it's only 10 minutes to downtown Monterey. Would definitely stay here again!"
