We booked for 2 nights but had to change it to 3 nights. When we arrived they had no record of changing it to 2 nights. This started what I would call a nice but mismanaged hotel. We e had to downgrade to a deluxe room instead of premium, which I was aware of, but the deluxe room are hardly deluxe. They are smaller and in a different building with NO elevator. When we arrived, we're immediately greeted by two spiders and a moth despite being on the second floor. The door to bathroom was cracked from the inside as if someone had punched it. I called and they said they'd note it for me. *Eye roll* You have no choice but to pay their extra $20 a day "amenities fee" which included breakfast. Okay, fine, but breakfast was lousy. For $20 I wished for waffles and bacon/sausage but all we got were dry breakfast burritos. Hot sauce was necessary to choke them down. One morning we got breakfast ham sandwiches which weren't bad. The only eggs offered are hardboiled. The pastries were dry and gross. The bagels were tiny and often ran out. The potatoes were also dry and tasteless. They tasted fine with ketchup but on day 2 they completely ran out of ketchup. Every single morning they were out of coffee and someone had to remind them. The breakfast employees seemed to just aimlessly walk around, completely glazing over all the things they needed to replenish or clean. For $20 I could go to McD's to get better food/service. The parking is extremely tight. Someone hit my bumper, now damaged.
