We always stay here- this is our first time since the rooms have been redone. The location is perfect- the coffee and cookies in the lobby are welcome throughout the day, and now with the refreshed interiors, it’s even better than before

Perfect location in Carmel. Clean and friendly staff who were flexible with my late night check in time when my flight was delayed. Would have been perfect if room had A/C as weather was unusually warm. But when requested the hotel did provide a fan. Would totally recommend this property.
