The staff was so friendly and operated so smoothly to get us checked in and settled in our room without having to lift a finger. All of the amenities and services were great, and we especially loved the breakfast delivered right to our room. The room was clean and roomy and the courtyard was perfect for a glass of wine in the evening. We would definitely stay here again.

Terrific breakfast; excellent housekeeping. So very helpful being able to check in a little early after a full day of traveling. Absolute professional, yet friendly staff combined with luxury all around. Loved the location to shopping, restaurants and the beach! The courtyard is beautiful, although some short-term visitors claim the entire space as their own as an office, talking louding on the phone or as a party gathering. This isn't thoughtful of others who have paid for quiet and relaxation and don't appreciate loud banter. At these prices, you would think the quiet policy would prevail, but entitlement seems to reign with some, nevertheless.

Beautiful property. Like going to Europe without actually being there. Centrally located within walking distances of everything you’d want to see, visit or go eat at in Carmel. Of course, you have a Michelin star experience at the hotel as well in their restaurant. The attention to detail all around, including the staff and service, was impeccable

Beautiful boutique hotel right in the middle of Carmel, you can walk to restaurants and boutique. The room was well appointed - very comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower and we had everything we need. There is also a bar on property.
