"Lovely place and more spacious than a lot of places in Venice. Great breakfast as well and waiting staff really nice with children. Would stay again in the future!"
"The view of the canals was amazing.
The place itself was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay.
I would definitely recommend staying here!
There is only one thing I want to mention. My kids told me that the couch in the living room was very uncomfortable. Our bed was fantastic though :-) "
"We stay there whenever in Venice. The staff is friendly and accommodating to all requests. The terrace on Grand Canal is a wonderful place for hanging out and the hotel is an easy walk from St. Marks, museums and designer shops. Breakfast is included and abundant, and drinks and/or snacks outside on the terrace is a joy in good weather. The 7th-floor bar and restaurant provide a breathtaking panorama of the city. "
"What can I say, it’s Murano! Room was nice, but overly warm. Apparently, there is a regulation that you cannot have AC before a certain date.
But the hotel was very clean and for the most part, quiet. Since we were hot we had to have the window open and there was noise outside, as well as a few mosquitos. "
"Wonderful and unique, the property feels like it belongs in the renaissance era. Charming with plenty of opportunities for stunning pictures. Skip the breakfast as it is mediocre at best and considering the fact you are in food heaven there are many better options available nearby. Be advised that the hotel will not provide an iron or kettle as the fire danger is a concern. "

"I was so happy with this hotel. It was a beautiful hotel everything was very clean and tidy. Lovely room with comfy bed and great shower. The breakfast was fantastic plenty of options. And all the staff were amazing. They were all so friendly and helpful. Really made me feel welcomed. "
"Perfect spot to stay when visiting Venice. Right across the street from the train station meant a fast trip into and out of Venice daily. The included breakfast was decent and so convenient. 2:00 check in and noon check out suited our schedule. Would absolutely stay here again if I’m ever lucky enough to come back to Venice."
"This is a gorgeous property but not for anyone who does not plan on commuting by boat to do anything than wander its island.
The Hotel shuttle costs €15 per person per stay and doesn't start until 9am.
I wanted to begin seeing Everything in Venice early so either pay private water taxi or take public boats... which if full.. you have wait for next one.
The Staff are wonderful and room gorgeous but if you want to go back forth shopping and such, its just not convenient.
