"Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einer tollen Aussicht. An der Ausstattung hat es alles gegeben bis auf Mülltüten für den Restmüll und ein Trockentuch aber halb so wild. Sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Wir waren mit unserem Jack Russel da und hatten keine Probleme. Bei Leuten mit leichtem Schlaf sind Ohrstöpsel zu empfehlen, welche aber auch vom Haus geboten werden! Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen:)"

An amazing stay for our 25th wedding anniversary. The hotel staff could not be more accommodating and we truly felt the 5 star experience here. Sadly, on our anniversary we were not able to stay in our room during the day as they had routine electrical maintenance which meant we could not use any water or power until 4.30pm, which would have been nice to know about before we travelled and before requesting breakfast in our room. But we understand this could not be helped.

Exceptionally easy to get to from Rialto bridge. Its central location was ideal for a short walk to many places not least the Rialto and St Marks square, with plenty of places to eat and drink equally accessible. Amazing hotel! This place really deserves 5 stars! The staff is on point with their service, super friendly and helpful. The location is great as well, 5 min walk to San Marco plaza and 10 min walk to Rialto bridge. It’s also 2 min walk to Sta Maria del Giglio which is the stop that will take you to/from the airport at a cost of 15€ (one way) rather than spending a fortune in a taxi. There is a free shuttle bus/water taxi from hotel pier that takes you to Murano where you are shown how they make the Murano glass. You are then shown round a very beautiful but expensive showroom. Different people will require different things from their hotel; research is key. I read up that this hotel was within the courtyard of the 'Balcony of Juliet' and that it would be busy downstairs, and that there was no dining room so breakfast would be served in room. Google maps showed that it is fairly central in the old part of the city.
