Amazing location! Lovely hotel a stone’s throw from the centre

The hotel is ok, but the location and the staff are amazing. I truly think that the staff makes a huge difference. They will listen to you and if you have a problem they will find a solution. They truly made a difference in our stay. They guided us every time we had a question. The hotel is a bit old but the overall experience was great because of the customer service. The pool, the gym and the spa are okay, but who comes to Italy to stay inside 😉 you are within walking distance from many stores, restaurants, a subway and train stations. I would suggest asking for a room on a higher level. The street can be noisy sometimes. I would like to say thank you to the manager and francesco for their outstanding work.

Close to Lazise although wasn’t walking distance. Buffet breakfast each morning was lovely with plenty of choice. Spa facilities were amazing, had a really good massage. Overall very happy with the hotel.

As the coronovirus reached northern Italy all meetings and events I had planned to attend were cancelled and so there was nor reason for me to go to Milano anymore and also I wanted to avoid getting corona myself. In situations like this that nobody can predict I think the best way to handle this is o be generously with cancellation policy. But this Hotel insisted in keeping up the booking and made me pay for the stay even though I did not come. For my next trip and all future trips to Milano I will avoid this Hotel

The staff was amazing, very helpful and really focused on making it easy for the family. The breakfast was not great, but good and easy.
