"We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent, with everything within easy walking distance. One of the best parts was having an amazing restaurant right in the courtyard, serving what was easily the best pasta we had around the lake.
The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Communication with the host was fast, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this...
"We loved our stay here! Perfect for 2 families with small children - grassy yard for them to run and play and a pool! The place was beautiful and amenities were exactly what we expected. Grazie mille!"
"Traumhafte Lage und Blick auf den See. Schöner Garten. Gut ausgestattete Küche. 3 der 4 Schlafzimmer sind winzig und kaum Schrankraum. Sehr hellhörig und Wasserdruck in den Duschen sehr schwach (ist aber wohl ein Problem in dem gesamten Villaggio Santa Christina). "

I surprised my boyfriend with this hotel for his 30th. The images looked amazing on the website, and when we arrived we were totally over the moon.
The hotel was something else, 5* service, Michelin restauraunt, beautiful decor, very scenic and peaceful location, it was a true romantic getaway, tucked away in the vineyards.
We booked an elegance room which has a hot tub, but our hot tub didn't work, so they upgraded us to the honeymoon suite. The staff were a delight and happy to help and take...

Amazing property with stunning views of the vineyard and mountains. Property itself was lovely, clean and spacious.
Breakfast was included in the price and it was very tasty!
Sara was lovely and welcoming.
Only downside was how difficult it is to reach the property by public transport leaving taxi as the only way there and back from the train station/lake. It costs around 20-25 euros one way but was definitely worth it!

When is the best time to go to Bardolino?

May and June are wonderful months for those who enjoy pleasant temperatures without the peak summer heat. The countryside is lush, and the vineyards are vibrant. You'll find all the local businesses open, and the lake is inviting for boat trips or a refreshing swim. It's a great time for couples looking for a romantic getaway with fewer crowds than in July and August.
September is another excellent choice, particularly for those interested in the local wine and food scene. The grape harvest usually begins, and there are often wine festivals celebrating the new vintage. The weather remains warm and sunny, great for enjoying lakeside dining and exploring the surrounding hills. It's also a good time for travellers who prefer a slightly more relaxed pace after the summer rush.
While July and August offer the warmest weather, they are also the busiest months, with more crowds and higher prices.
