Absolutely spotless, staff were so lovely and welcoming, great location, and breakfast was spot on my son especially enjoyed the kids corner. The hotel is fairly well located, close to the lake and about a 15-minute walk from the main plaza, where there are plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars and ferry services. Our room was very spacious, with a large balcony, a comfortable bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower."
