"The folks at the front desk are so pleasant to talk to. It's very convenient to public transit. My room was quiet and clean. The lobby is comfortable. There was fresh fruit and donuts available in the morning. I found myself wishing there was slightly brighter lighting at the desk in my room, but that was certainly not a deal breaker. I hope to stay here again."

"My flight got in earlier than expected so I explained this to the front desk, expecting to have to pay an early check in fee,however they checked me in early with no fee.The whole check in process was so quick and easy and the staff are very friendly and helpful as well as the rooms are very neat and clean.I will definitely be returning to the herbert hotel!!"
