"Rooms are not cleaned properly. Check in took long time, too much pressure to sign up for rewards etc, charged two times for same stay, had to ask for refund at check out. For the price, breakfast should be included"

"Front desk rude. Works directly above room with no notice. Fake eyelashes still stuck on the bedside table from previous guest. Internet slow. Can’t connect HDMI items to TV. Fridge not on. AC isn’t functional and directly from 1970’s. Nothing been upgraded in a LONG time despite new ownership. Gym equipment is in disrepair. Some buttons for lifts / elevators not working. It’s a hotel, it’s cheap and it’s close to the city. That’s it. "
