My place is a boutique building only has 3 stories and about 15 units in total which was converted from an old silver factory to a residential building back to the 70s. It's located in the trendy parkdale / queen west area which is surrounded by cool / hippie restaurants, vintage stores, boutique shopping, artist workshops and coffee shops.
