We had a few minor issues that were sorted with the owner without much fuss - including replacing the toaster entirely as the old one gave up on us! The only downside for us is we thought it was slightly closer to Woolwich tube station than it turned out to be so we has to bus it from there to a stop closer to the house. "The Beach Hut is in a great location - really close to the beach, and a short drive from Rye and Hastings. The Hut was in great condition - very clean and the comfortable. The resort has lots to do (we had a lot of fun playing bingo!). Great for a family holiday or short break."

"From the moment you step in the doorway of this beautiful home, you know you've found something special. Jeani's gorgeous property is light, bright and eclectically quirky - an accurate representation of the Camber/Rye area. We visited for a family celebration with 6 adults, 4 kids and a dog, and the space swallowed us and more. With every bedroom having an ensuite, there was no fighting for showers, instead, it was a place of calm and serenity. A literal stone's throw from the beach for days...

"Nicely decorated house in a good location close to the beach. Well equipped kitchen, and a BBQ outside. We also loved the fireplace although could have done with a bigger supply of logs. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was high quality. Super quiet at night too. Would recommend a visit."

"The property was very well equipped and there is even an electric car charging point. The location is excellent with Hastings (fish market, beach and the old town); Battle Abbey (excellent and enjoyed by the smaller and larger people); Rye (one of the Cinque ports, Waterworks brewery); and the Kent and East Sussex Railway (to Bodium Castle). Alan, our host, was very helpful. Highly recommended!"

"Quiet relaxing stay, great jacuzzi, PH levels were spot on, landlords were accommodating and helpful. Bedrooms were clean and towels provided. The underground heating in the kitchen and bathroom was a good touch. Local amenities were very close. Tescos express is a 2 mins drive. Overall very satisfying stay"

"The home is located in a neighborhood with sidewalks and easy access to parks, food, shopping, busses and trains. My room was cozy with many ammenities( mini fridge, coffee maker, tv). The mattress was magical as I slept so very well on it! The room was quiet, as was the neighborhood. Vera was a lovely hostess who made you feel as if her home was your home too. I would definately return and stay here!"

"The let was clinically clean and poorly designed ithe a ground floor shower room / loo accessible through the Kitchen area and lounge and with no upstairs ablution arrangement. The motor exit is EXTREMELY dangerous to the unwary and I would not return for this reason alone"

"A good size property for a family stay. Loved the games room. Really good to be able to spread out! Super garden. Great location and lots to do. Lots of parking. Beds were comfy."
