"Lovely house, had everything we needed for our stay, the location is stunning and a bonus having a pub end of the path for food and drinks. Communication was great and very quick response. Would highly recommend "
Magnificent Edwardian Property with swimming pool or hot tub set in 3.5 acres
10/10 Excellent
"Our family really enjoyed a get-together at this very large property in Warwickshire.Home has a wonderful 'kerb appeal' (or would have if anyone could drive by as very privately secluded which is great). We enjoyed the copious space to play games with the children outside; the wonderful pool (that was a good temperature and was wonderfully clean) and the space and facilities around it.As you will see generally 5 stars for everything except two subject areas Ive taken a mark off:On 4/5 for check-in we just had a bit of to-and-fro on getting access through the gates when the owners won't around. Would have been helpful to have been provided gate code at the outset. (Suspect it's painful to keep changing after each holiday group is why it isn't naturally given. On giving a 4 rather than a 5 on cleanliness: To be expected in a house this I guess but there were a lot of cobwebs around and the thing was I'm not sure the dishwasher was working particularly well as the glasses and plates weren't washed very well (but should have been checked really when restacking onto shelves). The house does have other dwellings around it, which i was a bit worried about, but the separation has been cleverly designed so that they don't overlook you. The manager is in a property next door and they keep things like to pool clean and tidy during your stay: you can tell they really care about making sure that you aren't struggling with something and you may see them round the place maintaining."
Kington Grange, Claverdon - sleeps 16 guests in 7 bedrooms
10/10 Excellent
"Wonderful property; FABULOUS hosts. Phil and Susan could not have been more welcoming. The historic property was just what we needed with a group of 9 adults; each couple (and our one single) had their own bathroom and the spacious bedrooms were quite comfortable. Wonderfully appointed kitchen and multiple rooms to relax in. Plenty of outdoor space and we even took a dip in the pond. "
