Hotel located With good links north Tenerife in terms of bus station is nearby, shopping centres and swimming pools. What's missing or the issues identified are the following:- 1) no kettle or coffee provided like most 4 stars and above offer. 2) ran out of hot water in the shower on 2 nights 3) constant drilling noise early in the morning. They are building something opposite. 4) no robe or slippers provided in the room. 5) they don't clean rooms after 1pm. 6) no swimming pool and very small gym. Good things:- 1) location 2) friendly staff 3) walking distance from shops and bus station. 4) good view if you have a room level 5 and above.
