The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only downside was that the car parking for this hotel is shared with the Holiday Inn next door, but it’s not obvious when you arrive.
A very modern hotel is a old town without being out of character, room was very nice with lots of space & very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location for walkin the Wrekin and to see all Shropshire has to offer. Very friendly staff, the room with its four poster bed was very comfortable. Individually cooked breakfast of our choice and wonderful evening meal.
The market town of Telford offers an array of accommodation options to suit all tastes and budgets, from chain hotels suited to families and those travelling on business to historic coaching inns and family-run B&Bs. Telford's independent hotels are ideal for those looking for a more authentic Shropshire experience.
Telford's independent hotels offer something a little different to the usual chain hotels. The majority are family owned and have been operating for many years, and are packed with individual touches and eccentricities that make them unique. Historic coaching inns with traditional restaurants serving delicious local cuisine and offering a warm welcome from the owners are sure to make any stay at one of these independent establishments memorable. Head a little further out of town and you'll find country houses and estates where you can unwind and enjoy a relaxing stay, whilst still being close to the bars, restaurants and shops of Telford.
The intimate size of many of Telford's independent hotels ensures you'll enjoy a comfortable stay with personal service. Most independent B&Bs and guesthouses serve a hearty full breakfast made with locally sourced produce, for a true taste of Shropshire. If you like your accommodation to be a little different, Telford's inns and guesthouses are the perfect choice. Many offer facilities such as a laundry service and room service, so you can relax and make the most of your stay.
Because many of Telford's independent hotels are family-run establishments, you're assured of a warm welcome. Owners are usually more than happy to offer advice on the best things to see and do in the area, including pointing you in the direction of the cycling paths and walking trails that surround the town or offering assistance when it comes to booking tickets or making dinner reservations. Families travelling with younger children or couples looking to break away from 'cookie cutter' chain hotels will enjoy a stay in the town's independent hotels, and most offer all the amenities you'd expect, such as free WiFi and TVs in guest bedrooms.
