"We stayed only two nights. The property is about 30 minutes outside of Oban at the edge of a smaller loch and just outside a small village. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, including when we had an issue (likely self-inflicted) with a washing machine. We would definitely stay again, and make time to stay longer and enjoy more of the area as well as the property’s many amenities. Strongly recommended."

Fabulous location. Beautiful cottage. Very informative staff. Perfect for our puppies first holiday.
Very Well stocked cottage. Everything you need for a home from home holiday.
Pool, jacuzzi, sky package all available beside the main reception.
Community cottage available for your use in the walled garden area. Which included snooker table, sauna and many other things for your use while you are there. Beautiful views to the sea from the dining area and lounge area. Patio...

"Melfort was an excellent base for exploring this beautiful part of the world. The cottage was very well equipped and staff very helpful ,welcoming and dog friendly ( especially Olwynn). Good walking and stunning scenery on the doorstep. My only quibble was the fact that it isn't made very clear until after booking that electricity is charged extra ."

"We were very happy with our accommodation. Bad luck that the restaurant was closed but we made good use of the gorgeous old Pub just down the road. Pool was great as were other facilities."
