No chairs or space for the luggage. There was no elevator and with my back problem the staff while checking out was rude and initially refused to help but finally brought it down. It is in a very nice and convenient location. We had a wonderful one-night stay. Scott (reception and overall guest services) and Roman (waiter and barman) were both fantastic. Food was incredible at dinner and breakfast. Bright spots were the hot tub access outside and staff help. Downsides was that the family bunk room we booked was surprisingly tiny (like we had to take all but one suitcase back to the car because it was too small to even have them there). However, there could be improvements in the dining experience. We ate in the “Fish and Chips” and the “Pizza” restaurants. They’re all the same, same cook. The food was fair. There’re aren’t other options in Glencoe. The location was nice, the staff friendly.
