On arrival only two beds were made . Had to go back to reception to ask about family room. Then they sent someone to pull out sofa bed and lenin.
Extractor fan does not work in bathroom
Wash basin sink does not empty , took ages to clear
Shower door does not close properly
Restaurant cutlery dated and stained
Pros : staff were amazing , beautiful bar area and restaurant and location
