Well located property with friendly supportive staff. When the listing states 'on-site parking' it should go on to state - for up to 5 vehicles. That said, the marina car park over the road is free 1800-0900 so public parking is not a major inconvenience.

Our twin room was quite small, but,clean and adequate. The hotel is centrally located, everything is within walking distance. The patio overlooks the harbour and is lovely to watch the sunsetting. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. I will certainly return.

View was spectacular, Room & ensuite were lovely & comfortable. Only downfall was no air-conditioning & no cold drinks after 10pm. But otherwise we loved our stay & we would certainly stay there again.

A lovely stay in Oban, staff were pleasant and helpful, the bed was very comfortable , it is acknowledged the hotel is going through a refurbishment and will be excellent once this is complete. Location is great with easy walk to the town centre.

From the moment we entered hotel we loved the decor. Reception was lovely and welcoming Room was very modern and the large bed was so comfortable, room was bright and plenty space,great shower and tea coffee snack highly recommended

Superb hotel with great front of house staff. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and modern. Meal choices and food quality was fantastic; Andy and Precious were brilliant and very friendly staff members. I would definitely stay here again.
