Quiet hotel, welcoming staff and service . Good location

This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

We booked this stay last minute as our original booking was unavailable at our check in time. This stay would’ve been out of budget usually but Vrbo are covering the difference from our original booking. Room was a good size and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was a great size with bath and shower. Complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee available with a kettle.

Perfect stay

We love this hotel. Hidden away and easy access to everywhere. We walked to West End for shows. Tower of London for sights and Spitalfields for dining. Hotel was immaculate as ever. Staff super friendly. What’s not to like.

Great hotel! Pleasant stay

The room wss lovely. Free upgrsde to a river view. Only 10-15 mins walk from the tube 20 minutes walk on the riverside to the London eye. Near to the house of parliament. There was a floating bar across the road which was definitely worth a visit. The staff were very friendly and welcoming when we checked. In. Really lovely, well located hotel. Seamless check in from a very friendly member of staff. Glass of fizz available in reception. Fantastic executive room on floor 12 next door to each other. Complimentary drinks in the executive lounge (timed). Nice buffet breakfast with a very friendly, helpful guy, Abdul, showing us to our table etc. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

Very clean and new studio apartment, bed super comfortable and good shower, toaster, hob, oven (with integrated microwave) and cutlery etc. Complimentary tea & coffee in the lounge area and room. Small honesty market for things like pasta, sauce, porridge, ice cream, essential toiletries etc. Quick links to Stratford/Westfield, O2 and Excel

Property was very clean and easily accessible by public transport. Great location and friendly staff.
