Hotel Riu Plaza London The Westminster

10/10 Excellent

"Great staff...Vjay and Amelia stood out!"

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge

10/10 Excellent

"Although a bit expensive the staff was amazing and a very good location especially for a 2 day stay"

Zedwell Piccadilly Circus

10/10 Excellent

"Great value for money. Perfect Location."

Strand Palace Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"We stayed at the Strand last year when we visited London and did so again this year. I love the location, the waljabity of theaters, the nearness to Covent Garden, and plan on my next trip to return to the Strand. ."

Bob W London Hyde Park

10/10 Excellent

"The room was tidy and super clean! Staff, when there, were friendly and helpful. It appears there is a snack bar there but not operational. I would suggest a self help/pay coffee bar and snack bar available in lobby."

Royal Garden Hotel

8/10 Good

"Good hotel, but check your bill carefully! The hotel itself was very good and in an excellent central location. My wife and I stayed with a group of friends after attending an event nearby, and we were perfectly happy with our stay — until breakfast the following morning. This is where things became disappointing. Our bill stated a 12.5% service charge, yet we were also charged an additional £3.50 per guest — £21 in total — even though our guests had already paid for their breakfasts separately. I find this extremely misleading. If a charge is described as 12.5%, then that is what a customer reasonably expects to be charged. Adding further charges without making them absolutely clear is, in my view, deceptive and leaves a very poor impression. It’s a shame because we genuinely liked the hotel. My advice: enjoy your stay, but check your bill very carefully before paying."

"Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was perfect and great location."

St. James' Court, A Taj Hotel, London

8/10 Good

"The customer service was excellent. My room did have a TV that wasn’t working properly and the shower faucet was Challenging to switch from shower to tub water."

Moxy London Piccadilly Circus

8/10 Good

"This hotel is in a central location. Rooms in excellent condition as they were refurbished in 2025. I had breakfast for the five days of my stay. As I have certain dietary needs, they couldn’t accommodate them all . An example is a fruit salad. I can’t do citrus fruits and I asked if they could give me some melon/grapes/Apple . The member of staff replied it comes already made up. Thought this was quite poor. So no fruit for me."
