The Tower Hotel, by Thistle

The Tower Hotel, by Thistle

8/10 Good
"The staff were friendly, and the room was kept clean. They have a promotion where putting the "no housekeeping" hanger on your door earns you £7 at the hotel store or nearby Costa, which was a sweet touch. The building itself is older, and I believe the AC unit in my room was not functioning, but for the price and location (we were out exploring the city for the majority of the time we were there) I found it to have been well worth it."

"Very happy with room and breakfast but not sure why 'housekeeping' need to knock on my door at 8.25 am to ask when I'm leaving. This has happened to me several times."

"Had a lovely stay. Only downside was the shower drains had a bit of a smell to it. Other than that the room was good and the bed big and clean."
