"It was a boiling hot week. Hotest of the year. The hotel team were great. Supplying lots of ice cubes for the room. Air con worked fine and the room was clean."

"The staff were great, they helped me when I did not realise I could not check in early. They were so helpful about sorting my car parking. The staff at breakfast were very polite. The room was good but I stayed 2 weeks before and the room then was cleaner. The small cafe in the entrance had a lack of choice of food and there is limited area to sit in a comfortable area in the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to everyone for cost, situation , staff and comfort of the rooms. I did not use the sport facilities but when I spoke to the staff they were very helpful and when I am visiting the area again I would use the leisure facilities. Please let the staff know how brilliant they are."

"The hotel overall offered a very good price for a reasonably convenient location, the bed itself was nothing to get hyped about, but it just about beats out a sofa bed. There was an Air Conditioning (or just Heater/Cooler) unit in the room, but the control panel just flashed "E3" repeatedly and otherwise done nothing whilst it was turned on - there was however a small fan in the room which was OK as a backup. Parking is plentiful and we had no trouble finding a space, even when arriving back to the hotel late at night. All the staff we spoke to were very pleasant. If I wanted a more comfortable sleep, because of the bed I'd choose elsewhere, but for the price we paid it was a good option for a bed and then breakfast buffet the following morning."

"Aparthotel room was mostly clean, just a bit more dusting along wall trim edges could be better. Bedwas nice and Comfy. If you've read some reviews about there being a bar, there isn't (just to clarify) The walls in the room are quite thin so you'll be okay if next door or underneath don't have the TV too loud!"

"The house gets a mixed review. Beautifully decorated, very clean, very comfortable beds. But it’s missing some basics. A lot of these have been written in previous reviews and are easy to fix. No mugs so take your own. Only tiny teacups. Not enough outside seating so take camping chairs especially if you are a large party. No mirrors in some of the bathrooms. Only one fridge so tricky to keep the Prosecco cold. Lovely big dining room but no lounge where we could all hangout. Cinema room is fun but we would rather have had sofas instead of the tiny hot tub in the games room. So great house if you go prepared. We were a group of 12 and it worked for us."
