Excellent hotel in a great location.

This hotel is superb , the staff were excellent form arrival to departure and there was nothing they wouldn’t do.

We were so pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was. The atmosphere is great, the rooms are lovely, and the staff were super nice, particularly Qasim on the check-in desk who instantly gave a great impression of the hotel and its staff. The location also worked great for us, close to all locations of interest and associated public transport. Really lovely, well located hotel. Seamless check in from a very friendly member of staff. Glass of fizz available in reception. Fantastic executive room on floor 12 next door to each other. Complimentary drinks in the executive lounge (timed). Nice buffet breakfast with a very friendly, helpful guy, Abdul, showing us to our table etc. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Fantastic for a business trip - great location and great facilities - also a work space area next to the reception which saved me trudging through the rain to an office. Big clean room and great food and drink options

We discovered once into our room that the bed was not a king size bed as booked so went downstairs to ask why. The initial response was that the bed was as booked but measurements prices otherwise. I spoke to Quentin the manager on duty and he was amazing. He apologised for the mistake and moves us to another room, bigger room, and provided a drink voucher each and breakfast. Greaqt room and good service with excellent staff

After spending 3 nights in a 4.4 Expedia rated hotel in Kensington where we greeted with unchanged bed sheets, stained matresses, and more, we left and went to the Andaz. Here, you can shower well, the beds are immaculate and there is a tube station right next to the hotel. This is definetively where we will stay next time. Thank you, Andaz!
