Great hotel in great location, perfect for a short stay

Simply put, this hotel is excellent. Clean, cozy, fresh, friendly, LOVE the blackout curtains- could've slept for days, loads of sockets, great location for the market and transport. I've paid three times the price to stay at other hotels in London, and none of them felt as welcoming, or personal or well maintained. Thanks for a lovely couple of days!

We loved the room very comfortable bed nice shower we used the Bluetooth Speaker that was good half an hour away from Leister Square in London went to the bar in Ruby Stella nice Atmosphere

Nice and easy check in, we reserved a space in the car park which was 100 metres away, even after check out we could leave it there until 1:00pm which enabled us to take a short walk to the shopping centre. The room was comfortable and well equipped with ironing board, on return from an event we used the restaurant not arriving until 10:00pm and although it shuts at 10:00pm they were happy to seat us, it’s an Indian restaurant and the food and service was excellent. We didn’t pre book breakfast...

Always reliable and affordable

We were so pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was. The atmosphere is great, the rooms are lovely, and the staff were super nice, particularly Qasim on the check-in desk who instantly gave a great impression of the hotel and its staff. The location also worked great for us, close to all locations of interest and associated public transport. Great hotel stay, couldn’t fault anything about this hotel. Great selection at breakfast. Rooms cleaned everyday, good standard of housekeeping. Aldgate/Tower Hill tube stations only 5 mins walk.

Fantastic for a business trip - great location and great facilities - also a work space area next to the reception which saved me trudging through the rain to an office. Big clean room and great food and drink options
