"What I met on ground was completely different to what I was shown on Hotels.com. the TV didn't work, there was no water heater in the room, there was no refrigerator in the room and the staff didn't clean the room after the first night. I had to check out after 1 night and forfeited the remaining 4 nights I had left on my booking. Absolutely disgraceful experience."
