Loved the kindness and professionalism of Karen and Richard. Very helpful and 100% dedicated to high standards in all things. We needed easy walking level access to all amenities including restaurants, coffee shops and places of interest.

Arrived on Friday 3rd November and greeted by excellent weather for the time of year and was greeted by Geoff the owner who was suprised to see who was arriving as we had previously visited and stayed at the bed and breakfast under a different name in August where my wife and I spent our honeymoon. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Staff contacted me as I had anticipated a later arrival to advise about dining times whch was really helpful. Food was good. Could be a bit more options of gluten free at breakfast

Top place and wonderful staff.

Amazing for families, lots of space to play and run. Pools were great. Food lovely.

Very happy we chose this hotel loved the boutique room and glad we ate in the restaurant as the food was outstanding, also worth taking the time to walk around the village as very pretty and well kept. Stayed here as close to Arundel castle which was also amazing.

Great hotel..fantastic room with a view..lovely lively bar and nice staff..would definitely go again.

The room was lovely with an amazing view from the roof terrace. The whole place was clean and very well looked after -...

Great pub with abundant outside space in the separate garden spaces. Food was amazing

Lovely spacious comfortable room, very clean and beautifully quiet. Tea and coffee supplies locally sourced where possible as were a lot of items on the menu. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the hotel and really enjoyed everything. Bar well stocked with an excellent range. Attentive lovely staff, who know how to be in stealth mode and not interrupt while you’re in full swing of conversation. Alas the weather wasn’t so cheery but it’s a great spot for getting out and about for a walk, and we...
