Nice stay nice pub nice staff although and I booked this B&B on the reviews I read (only the top 4 when viewing) if I had seen more reviews on the fact that they didn't do breakfast unless you book directly with them I would of chosen somewhere else. Also noted when leaving/checking-out the property you do so via the night entrance which the stairs down are very steep and you must be very careful if you have heavy or a large case with you. All that being said I did enjoy my stay."

"Great location, close to the high st. Good breakfast and really comfy bed, nice room (no4) let down by the bathroom though which is small with a poor layout and needs a refurb, we’d definitely stay again with the hope that the bathroom might be sorted."

"A cosy sea front hotel above a pub. Room 404 had superb bay window for admiring the view of the beach and sea across to The Spinaker Tower. The room is bright ,warm plenty of lights, mirrors and storage. A few things are a bit tired, curtains don't close properly, chest of drawers damaged and sink worn but comfortable bed and efficient shower over bath .Friendly staff and guest entrance when staff not on duty. Good value ."

"Burley is a lovely village steeped in history witches and folklore . The staff were lovely and the breakfasts excellent. A lovely place to relax , ride a bike and close to lymington . Lovely beds and warm too. Will definitely stay again . Dave & Dawn Portland Dorset"

"Really enjoyed this place, nice to have your own kitchenette, friendly staff and lovely spacious rooms ! Only downside, not much of a sound barrier, 6am baby crying and its parents talking extremely loudly to it, not an issue since already awake but something to keep in mind. "

"Lovely clean family friendly property, well equipped kitchen. Catered for a variety of ages and perfectly located on site for easy access to the pool and entertainment as well as access to the beach and clifftop walks. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely consider staying here again."

"Although this is a hotel, its more of a restaurant with rooms now. So it was quite noisy and busy in the evenings, with live music on one evening. However the music/bar closes promptly at a reasonable hour so not a huge problem. The staff are lovely and the restaurant food was fabulous. So much so that we ate far too much...It sits on the cliff top and we were able to hear the waves crashing overnight to lull us too sleep, not our first stay and wont be the last. "
