Great hotel had a wonderful stay

Another excellent stay, room was spotless and breakfast was great

The parking bays in the hotel parking area are very tight and the bed we slept in was rather “tired”; both bed and mattress need replacement. But the staff were excellent, the hotel is centrally situated in walking distance of most city centre attractions such as the SeaCity Museum and Art Gallery. We’ll be happy to stay there again. Overall, good value for the money.

This was fine. The room was feezing, thermostat couldn't be adjusted and the shower little more than a tepid dribble that you had to stand very close to the wall to get slightly wet. The shower had a shower curtain, which is horribly old fashioned. I would've liked to see a fridge and free bottled water in the room. I appreciated the hairdryer. I stayed in a 'standard' room and I guess a higher price band room would be more modern. However, the bed was comfortable, and the bar/cafe and staff were excellent. What really lets the place down is beyond its control; the road works that make it difficult to cross the road and navigate into the city centre. It is convenient for the centre.

Staff went above and beyond. Had a lovely night.
