My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel du Vin & Bistro Poole. All the staff were lovely, particularly the reception team they were exceptional!. Our room was beautiful. The harbour/ Key was less than a minutes walk from the hotel which was on a lovely quiet street. We will definitely be returning!

Initial impressions were how lovely and clean the lobby and reception area was. We were greeted by a friendly happy receptionist with fantastic customer service and a lovely smile. Our bedroom was lovely and clean though looked like the decorator was over enthusiastic painting the wall and blotting it over the ceiling giving a bit of a tacky look. Other than that I really can't fault it.
We ate dinner in the restaurant area, good selection of food and again spotlessly clean and wonderful happy...

Its a room above a pub but as far as it goes , it was great. Staff were outstanding and understanding. Beer was good. Room was spacious (stayed in family room), and clean. For the price this is an excellent stay. Breakfast included another huge plus. Also loads of onsite parking + 5 min walk to hospital / 10 min walk to Poole Central. Thank you!

Staff feel as though they care about the place and in a world where customer service in hospitality is struggling it was so refreshing. Will definitely be back next time I have to stay in the area. The room we had was great for our needs for the long weekend. Easy to access with self check in and out. Loads of info provided about the area for restaurants etc in a book left in the room which was genuinely useful.
Jenny was great with providing required info on booking and checking we had that info again before we arrived.
We’d definitely stay again if we visit Poole.

We had a drink in the bar before we went out, and we both said we wished we were staying at the hotel for dinner as the service was brilliant. The personal touch made a huge difference.
