"Breakfast was a free for all I went down for breakfast 1st morning and walked straight out again it would be I good idea to have a staff member showing clients to tables instead of a free for all only thing that let my stay down"

"From the outside it's tired. We were presently surprised when we got inside. It's clean tidy and the staff were lovely. Could do with a ramp into the building as I find stairs difficult."

Harbour Heights Hotel

"We had a pet friendly room overlooking the harbour. It was a good size and ample for our two dogs. Some of the furniture is now a little tired, but the bed was comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful and gave our dogs lots of fuss and attention. The restaurant team in the evenings was exceptional. They couldn’t do enough for us. Accommodated us at short notice and even repositioned us so we could watch the sun set. The food was fantastic. The team at breakfast were far less welcoming and a little more care was needed when cooking. We had overcooked bacon and eggs."

"We stayed in a family room on the first floor which was spacious and clean with a sea view. The furnishing in general was adequate but quite dated. This was reflected throughout the hotel. The bath was rusty which meant we relied on the shower which was good. The balcony door wasn’t secure with a flimsy catch. The radiator although not used was very rusty in need of maintenance. The decoration in the public areas was better in general it felt like the hotel needed a refurb"
