"Rooms were tired and dated - pillows were not good at all ranging from floppy with no structure to hard like a brick - carpet was old and dirty Tiles in bathroom cracked and plastic paneling in bathroom to cover older walls - not such a great experience at all"

"This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Clean and spacious rooms. Very large and comfortable beds with lovely big TV. Amazing shower and also a big bath. We stayed in a room overlooking the atrium so had no natural light which was strange. The lighting in the room made it difficult to put your makeup on. The toiletries were empty near the bath and were not topped up. Could do with a plug for phone charger near the bed and plug for hairdryer near the dressing table. Minor details as overall was a lovely stay in a very comfortable room."

"Good for the price in a City like London. We had a twin room and the beds were really comfortable we both had a good sleep. I got a late check out at 19:00 for 50% of the room price I paid , this was ideal for us. Staff were great at the reception and the housekeeping got us an iron quickly after asking and with a smile. Great location too "
